A thorough skin analysis is performed before every laser therapy. The following are assessed:

We begin by thoroughly cleansing the skin. If needed, we apply a numbing cream to make the treatment more comfortable. We then treat the desired area precisely with the laser system. Finally, we cool the skin and apply a soothing moisturizer.
After laser therapy, the skin may be reddened or slightly swollen. Please consistently use sunscreen with SPF 50, avoid direct UV exposure, and refrain from saunas and strenuous exercise for a few days.
When performed correctly, laser therapy is a very safe treatment. Redness and swelling, temporary pigment changes, or, in rare cases, scarring or infection may occur. These risks can be significantly minimized through careful patient selection.
