Facelift: It's all about the details

A Facelift is far more than just a simple skin tightening procedure. To achieve a natural and aesthetic result, attention to detail is crucial. Each person, each facial structure, each tissue, and your individual wishes play a central role.
A successful facelift requires meticulous attention to detail. It's crucial to tighten the anatomically correct layers to achieve optimal aesthetic results. Equally important is suturing the skin in a way that ensures the facelift appears natural and doesn't give the impression of surgery. Unfortunately, the media often presents poor examples where facelifts look unnatural, visibly "surgical," and "distorted."

Here's an example of a patient who had previously undergone surgery at another clinic and then had a correction performed at our clinic. The following went wrong:
- The scar on the temple is too visible and the hairline has been distorted (upper arrow).
- The middle arrow shows that the cartilage in front of the ear (the so-called tragus) was simply tightened away – it is completely missing after the operation.
- The lower arrow shows that the earlobe has been pulled downwards due to excessive tension on the skin.
Correcting a botched facelift requires considerable experience and expertise. A facelift should be performed by a plastic surgeon who performs this procedure frequently and is knowledgeable about it. Consult us for a consultation. We operate with attention to detail.
A well-performed facelift is the most effective method for a fresher and more youthful appearance. Only a professionally performed facelift can permanently eliminate the signs of aging and revitalize the face – methods such as thread lifts, fillers, or creams cannot achieve this.
