Firm breast without implants
In ptosis, the existing breast tissue sinks downwards due to gravity – often including the nipple.
This causes the breast to lose its shape. In most cases, however, there is sufficient natural volume, so that reshaping without implants is possible. Excess skin is removed and the volume, along with the nipple, is moved to a higher, more aesthetic position. With a proper lift (also called mastopexy), no Implant required if the volume is sufficient for the reshaping of the breast. If the volume is not sufficient or if larger breasts are desired, a Implant .
A breast lift repositions and reshapes the breast, restoring its natural, aesthetic appearance. However, this procedure requires incisions, which in most cases are made around the nipple, perpendicular to the inframammary fold, and within the fold itself. Only these incisions effectively tighten the skin and reshape the breast.
Whenever possible, we recommend a lift without implants. If this isn't possible, an implant can be inserted during the same surgery. It's important to note: Implants must be replaced or removed after a certain period of time, as natural changes such as capsular contracture can occur. Alternatively, fat grafting can be used to increase volume – but only in a second procedure, not at the same time as the lift.
The Breast lift This is a routine procedure in our practice and is performed regularly. We would be happy to advise you personally and individually on the options for a breast lift. Here to make an appointment.
