An inspiring weekend in Lugano: Annual meeting of the SGPRÄC

The annual meeting of the Swiss Society for Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (SGPRÄC) took place in Lugano on 3 and 4 October 2025.

Prof. Dr. med. Hisham Fansa was also actively involved in the scientific program this year. On Friday, he chaired a session on Breast reconstruction – a topic that is particularly close to his heart.

On Saturday, Prof. Fansa gave a lecture on operational details of the Deep-plane facelift technique and subsequently participated in the expert panel. The collegial exchange of experiences and the discussion of current developments provided valuable input.

An inspiring weekend that once again demonstrated the importance of dialogue and continuous training within our field.
