In my role as a registered nurse at the Haus zum Falken Plastic Surgery department, I support the organization and coordination of consultations and contribute to the smooth operation of administrative and nursing procedures. My responsibilities include providing telephone support to patients, coordinating appointments, offering expert advice, and assisting with plastic surgery procedures. I am also responsible for ordering supplies and managing the pharmacy, ensuring a reliable supply of materials and medications. Furthermore, I participate in quality management, supporting process optimization and contributing to efficient and patient-centered workflows.
