With botulinum toxin (Botox), we offer a gentle and minimally invasive treatment to aesthetically enhance the male genital area – entirely without surgery. Targeted injections stimulate blood flow to the corpora cavernosa, making the penis appear longer when flaccid. However, the injection does not change the size of the erect penis. There is also evidence that the treatment can help reduce premature ejaculation by regulating muscle tone.

It is recommended that you avoid blood-thinning medications such as aspirin in the days prior to treatment to minimize potential bruising. You should also schedule a follow-up appointment and follow-up treatment to ensure the best possible results.
The treatment typically takes no longer than 30 minutes. It consists of a few injections administered with a very fine needle on both sides of the penis. This method is well tolerated and generally less painful than many patients initially expect. Before treating erectile dysfunction, we recommend a urological examination to consider all relevant medical factors.
The treatment is generally well tolerated, with no significant limitations. If a bruise (hematoma) develops, it may cause mild pain for the first one to two days. Sexual activity can then resume as usual. The effects of the treatment begin after approximately 10 to 21 days at the earliest and last for approximately four to six months. If necessary, the treatment can be repeated at a later date.
As with any injection, rare reactions can occur with botulinum toxin. The risk of infection is also very low, but it occurs extremely rarely in such cases, especially with facial injections. Immediately after the injection, slight bruising may occur, which may be somewhat painful at first but usually subsides within a few days.
